Terms and Conditions
All bookings (referred to as "transfer" or "transfers") between the passenger (referred to as "customer" or "client") and Executive Travel Service (referred to as "ETS", "We", "we", "Our", "our", "Us", and "us") is a transaction based on the terms and conditions defined here (on this website).

When a booking is placed the assumption therefore is that the customer has agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

Passengers are not permitted to smoke, vape or consume alcohol in our vehicles.
Food and drinks are not permitted in our vehicles unless approved by driver of vehicle.

1. Purchase of Services
By placing an order through our Website, phone or via email, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least over 18 years old.

2. Service availability
Our car travel service is available for booking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to the availability of our vehicles and drivers.

3. Booking and payment
All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Payment must be made at the time of booking, either online or by phone.
The customer must check all the details entered in the booking form is correct at the time of booking, if not they must notify Executive Travel Service immediately with the correct details

4. Cancellation, refunds and changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may not be eligible for a refund.

More than 24hrs Notice, full refund of Hire Charge.
Less than 24hrs Notice, 35% of Hire Charge.
We reserves the right to cancel, even at late notice, if required to isolate by the UK Government
We reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if passenger is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if passenger is thought to be carrying anything illegal e.g. drugs or weapons
5. Pick-up and drop-off
Our drivers will pick you up at the location specified in your booking. Please be ready and waiting at the designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time unless being picked up from the airport or sea port. If you are not ready and waiting at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to consider the booking as a no-show and charge a fee accordingly.
The driver will drop you off at the destination specified in your booking.
Any additional stops whether picking up or dropping off which have not been specified in the original booking will be chargeable at per stop per journey and will require a new quote
The customer is responsible for providing the correct pick-up time, date, location, the number of passengers and any other flight associated information
On a private hire, no animals (except guide dogs and hearing dogs) may be carried on any vehicle without prior written (email or sms) agreement from us.

6. Other charges
We reserves the right to charge the customer a reasonable amount if the transfer vehicle is damaged or soiled by any of the passengers travelling.

7. Vehicle capacity and luggage
Each vehicle has a maximum capacity as specified on our website. Please do not exceed this capacity, as it is unsafe to do so. Each passenger is allowed one standard-sized suitcase and one small carry-on bag. If you have more luggage or oversized items, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for an appropriately sized vehicle.

8. Responsibility
We accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to passenger’s luggage or property whilst in or on the vehicle, unless the loss or damaged has occurred as a result of negligence by the driver. The customer must ensure that all passenger luggages’ are adequately insured.

9. Travel
Estimated travel times are provided at the time of booking and are based on normal traffic conditions. We cannot be held responsible for delays or missed flights caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Waiting time
We reserve the right to charge extra for any waiting time incurred for any delays or diversion.
All quotations are given at a fixed price. Airport collection include 30 minutes complimentary waiting time.
All other journeys include include 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.
After the complimentary waiting time, a charge £5 per 15 minutes interval will be applied to all journeys.
We reserve the right to charge this to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.

11. Safety and behaviour
Our drivers are trained professionals and will do their best to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. However, all passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner during the trip. Any behavior that is deemed threatening, disruptive, or offensive by the driver may result in the termination of the trip and a full forfeiture of the fare.

12. Business Accounts and Invoicing
By placing a booking with Executive Travel Service the client is presumed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and the following;
In consideration of performance of the Account Services, the Customer shall pay all Charges, the administration fee (if applicable) and any applicable VAT (without set off or deduction), as invoiced by Executive Travel Service, within 14 days (or a shorter period as we in our absolute discretion notify to you) of the date of an invoice (the “Due Date”).
All Invoices are sent by email before or just after travel
Payment shall be made by telegraphic transfer or BACS to such bank account as we shall notify the customer within the agreed timeframe or our default term of 14 days
Any late payments will deem the account suspended or revoked.
A late payment fee of 10% of total outstanding amount will be added to the bill and action will be taken to recover any outstanding balance.

13. Indemnification
By using our car travel service, you agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our service, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

14. Governing law
These terms and conditions and the use of our car travel service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any legal action arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of our service shall be brought exclusively in the Courts of England and Wales.​
